Robert Poulet says GUCCI will focus on offering more bespoke and one-off items and services in the future. Vogue UK reports.
"More and more, you need to create the perception with your customer that certain products, services or concepts are made especially for them. This is a true desire that people have - to be distinctive," he told WWD.
"I think it's always been there, but now it's on a bigger scale."
